Our Heartipoo pad isn’t just a product - it’s a solution born from love, patience, and real puppy parenting. Every pad is designed to make potty training simpler, cleaner, and even a little more joyful.
Heartipoo began with my very special Maltipoo puppy, Luna, and her little heart-shaped nose that inspired our name.
Luna is a sensitive and easily overwhelmed puppy, often terrified outside, which meant potty training had to happen entirely at home. Since it was just the two of us figuring things out together, I needed something reliable that worked every single day.
Like many puppy owners, I tried several training pads. Some leaked, others wore out quickly, and many simply didn’t fit into a clean, modern home. Most felt designed for basic convenience rather than as a thoughtful, reliable solution.
So I decided to design one myself. After months of testing and refining dozens of samples with Luna, I finally developed a pad designed to perform reliably in real life — highly absorbent, durable, and made to be used multiple times with confidence.
Every detail of the Heartipoo pad was created with intention:
Subtle center guidance
Gentle guiding lines and soft rectangles encourage puppies to aim toward the center, helping them learn faster while eliminating the edge leaks and accidents.
Home-friendly design
Soft, neutral colors and modern patterns allow the pads to blend naturally into your home instead of looking like a typical pet accessory. The colors have been carefully chosen in order to hide the unwanted stains and keep a fresh look.
Premium materials – 4-layer protection
Each Heartipoo pad is thoughtfully constructed with a multi-layer design that combines comfort, durability, and reliable absorbency.
A soft brushed polyester top layer feels gentle under your puppy’s paws while allowing liquid to pass through quickly. Beneath this sits a high-density absorbent soaker layer, which is up to 70% thicker than many standard training pads, helping to lock in moisture and prevent leaks. A TPU waterproof barrier up to 20% thicker than the standard provides an additional layer of protection by stopping liquid from reaching the floor, while a supportive polyester layer underneath helps maintain the pad’s shape and durability through repeated washing. Finally, the non-slip paws keep the pad securely in place, reducing movement while your puppy learns where to go.
